this is an old house (50's or 60's) under renovation, needs to be rewired and existing fixtures replaced/removed. work includes:
4 bedrooms - 2 power points and 1 light in each.
lounge - 2 power points and 1 light.
bathroom - 1 power point, 1 light, and 1 exhaust fan.
entry area - 1 light.
kitchen - 3 power points, 1 light, rangehood, oven.
hall - 1 power point, 2 lights.
landry - 1 power point, 1 light, and 1 exhaust fan.
outside front light.
outside rear light.
power to garage - 2 power points.
mains, circuit board, etc, to be replaced as required.
house is intended to be a rental property, and as such we are looking for a 'no frills' approach.
