Run an extra cable to the roof for Foxtel IQ

Trying to get Foxtel IQ installed but the existing Foxtel point only has one cable so need to run an additional cable to the satellite dish. Foxtel tech was unable to do this work because it's a 3 storey apartment. So need an electrician to run cable (RG6 tri-shield) through to the roof by lifting up the tin roof to get access down the cavity. Need to make sure it's all sealed up with silicon afterwards so there is no risk of water damage and leave about 3 metres of cable near the dish
