Poor Customer Service We were informed that the job would take 3 days. Work started on the 30th of September and was completed according to their standards (not ours) on the 17th of November. This is 48 days not three. Their poor communication resulted in installations needing to be corrected several times. We were not shown any contract asking for part payment in middle of job. Were asked for part payment, which paid, then had aggressive approach for final payment of poorly completed work.
