Ex State Housing house (built 1959) in Koongamia, vacant now till end January. Wooden floors, tile roof. Shed at back rewired 4 years ago back to RCD on switchboard. All circuits in house go through 1 RCD. Need 2nd RCD, hard wired smoke alarm and replace standard exhaust fan in kitchen. House may need complete rewire.
