Current exhaust fan within bathroom window not effective. Bathroom has recurrent condensation and mould problem. Requires sourcing and replacement of current fan with appropriate size fan to create effective ventilation. Ie No condensation when showering. Please provide a second quote to wire bathroom light and exhaust fan together so that they are used simultaneously and share the same on/off switch. Many thanks, Emma
