Generally a pleasant experience - only thing was that there was a miscommunication b/w team members and the guy who turned up wasn\'t briefed complete on the work to be completed. I assumed he was, which meant that he just directly addressed the issue rather than fully carried out the quoted work. This was promptly addressed when I raised it (same day).
