Switchboard Mains Upgrade

We have been told our original mains from the connection point to the Fuse box is rated for only 40 to 63 amps where as the max rating is 80 amps to the house. Our switchboard and fuse box is out dated and requires an upgrade for all current circuits to circuit breakers as well as an additional circuit to allow installation of a new split system airconditioner. The fuse box also does not have a safety switch.
