Switchboard upgrade

Just moved into a new house and noted that the switchboard has no safety switch. Looking to get the board up to standard. No additional circuits required. There is another switchboard under the house (accessible through under house garage) that also requires update, or can move it into the main housing if that is more appropriate.
Electric oven, A/C unit with two head units, standard house wiring otherwise. No 415V that I can see. Underground power to house (coming up through garage area, easily accessible).
Photos attached of boards. The sub board is directly below the main board and they share a brick conduit.
