Internet is working. Phone is dead, Tried different points inside. Removed filters. Not sure if problem is at exchange or internal. Need someone to check if there is a dial tone at the junction box coming into property. Junction box is easily accessible and can upload photos of Telstra junction box on building. Internet is ADSL and using the same pair (I think). Before escalating to Telstra want to isolate any issues on my end first
