Upgrade of electricity meters to E2 & E1b

I would like a quote for the removal and upgrade of old dial electricity meters. Currently I have a peak meter and off peak meter with a separate timer. As I am having a solar pv system installed I need to have a E1b meter installed, however as there is not enough room in my meter box and the existing meters are quite old I need to have the old meters & timer removed and replaced with digital E2 (with controlled load timer) and E1b meters.
I understand that the meters are supplied free of charge from Energy Australia when requested by the ASP, so I gather this job will be for labor only.
I am flexible with installation date as the solar system is still to be installed, however would like quotes so I can be ready to proceed once I have the final install date of the pv system.
I have also a smaller outside light install job which can be quoted separately if interested.
