Hi, currently I am renovating an apartment in West Ryde.
We are currently installing some plasterboard bulkheads in kitchen and bathroom:
-kitchen will have 3 downlights
-bathroom will have 1 standard incandescent surface mounted fitting
Currently there is only framing installed (no plasterboard).
The electricity to the unit has been terminated by the previous electrician, and there is exposed wiring from previous light fittings which were removed today.
Our electrician is no longer available, due to time constraints we require an electrician tommorow morning at approximately 7:30am to rough in the wires for these lights before the plasterboard is installed to frames.
If you are able to take this job please contact me asap tonight (Monday night).
It would also be great if you are able to give a rough quote for these rough-ins over the phone.
Please note that although the immediate job is just rough in, we will also be after a quote for the remaining electrical work, which includes:
- Re-location+replacement of switchboard
- Connection of oven and hotplate
- Conversion of approx. 5 single GPO's to double
- Installation of some new GPO's
- Re-location wiring for a single phase hot water tank
- Replacing 5 Oyster Lights (fittings will be supplieD)
