upstairs
- x1 new water proof time switch in a bathroom for a spa pump
-x1 new double power point in bedroom
- x1 outdoor light for balcony
- x3 change over light fittings
downstairs
-x1 relocate telephone intercom 2-3 mtrs away
- split and extend antenna cable (foxtel) to other side of room
-x3 new double power point in lounge room
- x1 install x1 motion sensor switch for entrance light and add additional light for stairs
- add x2 lengths of 4-5 metal skirting ducts (either side of lounge room) to accommodate wall mounted flat screen tv and electrical cables
-x5 change over light fittings
