I want the following jobs done:
- electrics run into the garden for the pond (and probably also with provision for lighting the garden)
- an extra light fitting (fluoro tube?) above the garage so that we have some light under the pergola (should we also change the existing one to tubes?)
- lighting in garage (2 tubes, one at either end)
- electric outlet in dining area for deep freezer
Additional work to quote but not sure if i will go ahead with:
- install lighting over mirror in ensuite & main bathroom
