Please provide an estimate of the cost for each of the following:
(i) 2 ceiling fans: receptors require replacement (we have the parts).
(ii) outdoor sensor light requires replacement - it is hard wired and not a 3 point plug (we have the parts - Arlec). The indoor switch is linked to a separate front entrance light.
(iii) the cost (excluding the parts) to install another outdoor sensor light (assuming it is hard wired also).
(iv) fixing a connection in an indoor chandalier style light where 1 out of the 6 or so lights is not working - not sure of the reason.
(v) new phone connections - replacing the 2 existing ones (they are old) and also installing new ones in 2 different places around the house.
(vi) replacing light switches where about 4 old dimmers do not work - ie we don't want the dimmers replaced, just new switches
(vii) replacement of the faceplate for about 10 double power points as the old ones are discoloured or have been painted on (assuming we supply the new faceplates)
(viii) installing 1 additional power point in each of laundry and wardrobe
(ix) installing extra outdoor spotlight (assuming we supply the light and it is hard wired)
(x) installing an uplight for a large garden tree (assuming we supply the light and it is hard wired)
(xi) checking wastemater electrical connections (fixing this may not be an electrician's job?)
