We have no fan in our bathroom apartment. It cannot be installed in the roof as we have people above us. So it will need to go in the window, which is currently a small window that slides open. The glass will need to be replaced, and we're hoping someone could both install the fan and fix the window. We will also likely be wanting new lights in the bathroom (currently have a large flourescent light), and will want a quote on that as well. Thank you
