Need disconnection of old fan/light fixture and connection of 2 down lights (already installed) as well as the installation of a 240v power point in the ceiling above the window to plug in a window fan.
Would like to also replace the single switch plate with a dual switch plate, one for the lights and one for the fan (ceiling power point). Dimmer for the lights if available. Need brushed aluminium plate cover.
Walls are tiled concrete with conduit running into the ceiling.
