Poor. Respondly quickly, but did not do a complete job. I had to organise another electrician to finish the job and correct the original work. Upon requesting partial refund to cover the cost of the second electrician, he agreed straight away and was apologetic, but one month has passed since request and still no refund and he doesn't return communication.
