Small crane to replace a VB sign on a low Pub roof

A small flat bed crane truck would suit as it is a light/small job. Replace 1 x 50-80kg VB sign from the side roof of a Pub, approx 10mtrs to the top of the sign. We will bring signage to site, only require the lift.
