We are building an extension to the rear of our existing house. construction drawings will be available by 16/6. essentially they will reflect a sit cut of approximately 40sqm to a depth of around 400mm. this soil and additional rubble from a demolished brick laundry and around 20sqm of concrete slab (that will be broken into manageble chunks) will need to be removed from the site.
