I would like to flatten back yard, 15 mtrs long, 5 meters wide to existing retaining wall , sloping 1.3 meter to existing 1 meter retaining wall.
Soil is clay.
Access from back reserve is possible.
All soil etc to be removed and flattened. Back yard then ready for new retaining wall, paving and some grass.
