Removal of soil and level of front and backyard

I need soil removal from my backyard and frontyard and level them so that I can put pebbles and mulch. May be 2-3 inches to be taken off but its not very big area, there is concrete around my house, soil is loose and also there are some bricks(around 100 bricks) to be get rid of as well. Access for back yard is suitable for may be dingo around 1.5 meter width. Bobcat can also enter but then we have to take out one post holding gate and put back, it makes then 1.9 meter wide access. But bobcat might crack concreting which is around the entrance of side gate.
I would like it to be done on weekends/holiday or after 6 pm when I am there.
