As I had other work that Kelgar had to complete I gave Gary the job to do some excavating and bring in top soil. The excavating side of it was fine except for the damage he did to my boundary fence and the external power point he smashed. Both of which he tried to cover up and have not been repaired. He was also asked to provide a top soil that was of a suitable quality for a garden bed. I made it clear to him at the quote that i needed something reasonable for planting. He charged me nearly $500 for clean fill he got from his property. Red soil that had builders rubble and weeds. All it might be good for is growing potatoes!!!
