Property Maintenance & General Garden Maintenance We are looking for: A handy person / maintenance all-rounder who possesses a broad skill set to keep our Elsternwick venue maintained.... Property Maintenance & General Garden Maintenance We are looking for: A handy person / maintenance all-rounder who possesses a broad skill set to keep our Elsternwick venue maintained. The role is varied, however here is a sample of the roles you will be required to do; - Internal general maintenance & handyman work such as; touch-up painting internal/ external, replacing light globes internally & externally, fixing leaks, repair work - External general garden maintenance such as spraying weeds, pruning, clearing garden beds, leaf blowing - Notifying us of anything equipment you require to make improvements - If you have additional internal & external painting experience it will be of great advantage You will also; - be experience in construction maintenance/repairs - be a problem-solver & be able to work competently alone - be a hard worker, reliable & honest - have a current drivers license - have a car and your own tools (we have limited tools on-site) This will start as a weekly or fortnightly role TBA. An hourly rate or flat fee will be commensurate on experience. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION/ MAINTENANCE/ TRADE WORKS
