Due to building movement in a unit block, some cornices have come loose in a 2-bedroom unit and need to be reattached, and any gaps around them filled. A small amount of plaster has come loose in... Due to building movement in a unit block, some cornices have come loose in a 2-bedroom unit and need to be reattached, and any gaps around them filled. A small amount of plaster has come loose in the bathroom (approx 10cm²) and needs to be repaired too. I have uploaded some photos of the repairs needed here: https://imgur.com/a/nk9Bx93 There is some more cornice repair not shown in the photos, but the photos show the worst of it and it's just more of the same. I plan to have the unit repainted, so I'm looking for these items to be repaired before painting starts. Work can commence at any time. The unit is currently vacant so there is no furniture to work around. Please e-mail or SMS as I can't always take voice calls due to work.
