there are two pedestrian gates which need to be replaced/repaired. both gates currently stay open, and the locks do not catch. please quote to repair both pedestrian gates.
the gates are supposed to be self closing and we would like the gates to swing shut, once used.
one of the pedestrian gates is not operating correctly due to the neighbours vehicle gate which slams upon closing and causes (over time) for our gate to not aline properly. please note: property is secure if entering through the front and you will not be able to get to the rear of property to see gates. access must be utilised from miles lane as the two gates are always left open. call jess with any questions on 0408 172 877.
