Quote to replace a boundary fence in Chadstone, probably around 40 meters in length;.
2 quotes required for total replacement, 2 different heights.
1) 1.8 mtr high pailing fence whole length, reducing in height to around 1 mtr towards the front of the property - prob around 1 mtr or even less.
2) 2.4 mtr high pailing fence whole length, reducing in height to around 1 mtr at the front of the property.
The two quotes are to determine pricing for both what the neighbour wants, and what we want. We understand the second quote would likely incur planning costs.
It is critically important in the quote to address the difference in ground level between the two properties. It's approximately a maximum of 30/40 cm 'step' between the two properties and fence line for approximately 11mtrs. We've had varying quotes, some saying a retaining wall is required, others saying nothing is required and wood planks are fine.
Access can be given for quoting most weekdays after 4pm. We require 24 hours notice minimum for access as the property is currently tenanted.
