Friendly but not professionally. The job has been dragging for more than two months now without completion. This guy hardly answers my and my neighbor's calls. He can turn on site to work at 4pm then leave after 1 hour, or work start at 11am, go for lunch untill 3pm or never come back. Even worse he does not come to work any at all for one or two weeks without any clear explanation. Some times he calls to notify that's he is coming to work but ends up with no sign of him, no explanation. We must terminate this job with him and get other fencer to finish.
