Install a fence 20m long. posts with rails and cement board cladding one side is a public footpath. one side is lower than the other, so that while standing on the footpath the fence will be 2.0 metres tall, but on the other side (where garden path is lower than the public footpath on the other side) the fence is more like 3 metres in height. i see the posts as being at least 125 x 125 as i need to keep any horizontal movement (wind etc) to a minimum to restrict movement of cement boards and the rendered/roughcast finish.
