I need a fence to be constructed between my block (Lot 460) and my neighbour's block to the right (Lot 459).
Due to the covenant, it must be of the "good neighbour" design and wish for it to be constructed with treated pine pailings and hardwood posts.
The length of the fence will be approximately 22m. This length is from other quotes obtained from my neighbour.
