I need a cheap fencing option for a property I'm renting situated on a corner block. The house will be demolished in a couple of years. The area to be fenced is probably around 40 lineal metres but that's just a guess. If necessary I could probably fence the side of the property and fence in towards the house itself. I feel the property is exposed to the street and it's also opposite a park that may put my cats and dog at risk from leash free dogs.
Is there a cheap option that will suit without paying a fortune? My first thoughts are wire mesh fencing, picket or a low standard paling fence. I am in Bayside council and the fencing needs to be a certain height being on a corner block.
