We are building in Greenvale and would like to get a quote for fencing from you.
Details are as follows;
Fence should be built of timber palings with exposed posts and capped across the top to a height of 1.8m including capping. Gap between the posts should be 2m. Width of the paling should be 150mm and there should be 3 rails supporting the fence horizontally while palings should be vertical. Should be in treated hardwood only. Front fencing is not permitted. On the side boundaries, no fencing is permitted forward of the front of the dwelling. Preferable colour of fencing is a darker shade of brown. Approximate length of the fence is 64m.
