We are entering into contract to build a new home. The subdivision requires lapped and capped fencing and recommends the use of metal posts. The approximate length is 50m for our block,as we have a neighbor whose garage wall will sit on part of one fence-line, block is 30mx15m. 3/5 neighboring blocks have been purchased, so we will not be entering into any contract until these have sold and we are confident we can seek costs from the neighbors, aiming for April 2010.
As we have a dog we want heritage fencing gates so that she is visible from the street and she can see what's going on out front. Two front gates Oxford or Malvern design 1.8 high and 1.36 and 1.82 wide. Third gate Preston design, 0.9 high and 1.36 wide to block off side of house as the dog can't be trusted when there's food on the BBQ.
