I am currently building a new house at 24 Douglas St in Rosanna and need to replace the existing eastern boundary fence. Please quote for a timber fence min 2.2m high (height for privacy) including for removing the existing timber fence. Total length is 42.81m – (from survey report). I am relocating the driveway for the new house to the east of the block so will need the fence to taper to suit at the front adjacent what will be the new driveway.
Access may be difficult as I am currently building (although you may be able to organise with the occupier at 22 Douglas St which I understand is a rental property).
