The provider came out very promptly and seemed very good. However I haven't heard anything since. A follow up occurred (August 12) with a message from the original franchisee claiming that a quote had been sent. However, the quote was not received and there was no follow up to ensure that it was received. There was communication with the central office and the quote was subsequently resent (with a follow up to see that I did get it).
