A replacement 6-4 paling fence is required for two sections of fencing on a mutliple occupancy residence. one section runs along the common driveway which is approximately 40 meters of fencing.the other side of that fence ajoins a row, and will need a double plinth on the lower portion of the fence due to the height differences between either side of the fence. the second section of fencing seperates the rear of the garages from several office of housing properties and needs to be quoted seperately so that this quote can be given to office of housing for their decision on how much they want to pay. their policy is that they will only pay for a 5-4 fence. we require a 6-4 fence for all fences included. that section of that fence is approx 30 meters long.
