I am installing a pool and for privacy reasons, would like my existing fencing replaced with a higher fence. it may be possible to use some existing timber as one fence is less than twelve months old. the rear of my property backs onto a lane so i would like an access gate (i already have one but want it in a new position - not sure if it's possible to reuse).
