Supply and install a wooden picket front fence (10 metre frontage) using Cyprus or similar picket timber with durable hard wood posts, all sealed to ASA Standard prior to assembling using galvanised fixings, without splitting. Simple picket inverted "V" shape at 45 degree angle. Gate made of same material approx middle and all pickets same height, at about waist height. Gate has same appearance as fence when closed. Minimum two coats of high quality exterior gloss in heritage dark red. No metal or ornamental caps to posts, which do not extend beyond picket height. Removal of existing wooden picket fence. Installation of letter box supplied by client.
