I have pine flooring and i would like it stained in a brown rustic look and then laquered. the stairs need to be sanded and stained with a gloss as well. it is an internal stair case. the floors were polished prior to moving in the house and they are the wrong colour and because the floors dent easy. i would like to have a stressed look to the flooring if it is possible.
