Sanding and polishing of living room and hallway timber floors in a ground floor unit in Williamstown. Carpets, underlay, nails and staples already 99% removed. Boards appear to be in reasonably good condition and I don't expect any repairs will be needed prior to sanding. Prefer start asap as I am planning to move next weekend and am hopeful of getting job done this week. If this week is not possible then sometime over the next 4 weeks would be ok also.
