At least 2 rooms and possibly 6 rooms need sanding and polishing.
1st 2 rooms are lounge/dining 3.4mx4.5m and 4.4mx4m. These look like they have never been sanded before but boards are in good condition. I think the wood is Tassie Oak. Don't need stain, just sand and polish with satin finish.
other rooms include 2 bedrooms;3.6mx3.9m and 2.4mx3.6m - these have been polished before but probably 20years ago. Next 2 rooms are a hall way and kitchen, which currently have corkboard over the floorboards which I need to remove. They measure 1mx5m and 3.6mx3.1m.
I would like to get a quote on doing the dinning/lounge and then the other rooms at a later stage (so I can move furniture around between the rooms) and also a price on just doing all the rooms at once.
