I'm not living at the house as it's getting renovated so quoting during the week may be difficult. Downstairs living area, kitchen, cooridor and stairs need to be re-sanded and polished (they already were in the past). Some floorboards may need replacing due to damage after fireplace was taken out.

Just gone through a major reno and Ray was by far the best tradie to come through. He was honest, professional, kept us in the loop and did a quality job we're really happy with. As opposed to some other tradies that over-sell their services with results that don't match, Ray was opposite! (e.g. he didn't even mention he was going to hand punch instead of using the gun because it's a better finish). It also re-affirmed my decision to hire a pro for this and not try to do it myself when I saw how much work goes into it. It would have taken me 3 days and probably a broken hand to punch the holes alone! Now I just have to stop the kids riding their toys on it :( Highly recommended.

During the quote discussion, I had concerns around the finish I would get on a step/riser issue. After telling him that I had mixed messages from other guys, Harry went to the effort of grabbing a sander and sealer from his van to actually show me a visual of what it would actually turn out like, which I greatly appreciated. Good bloke.
