I'd like a quote on sanding and polishing (polyurethane with satin finish) approx 60 square meters of pine floors. I have noticed a few split boards that may need replacing too. Most of the area is currently carpeted so can you please quote to remove the existing carpet and dispose of it.
The rooms are; entry hallway (1.6 x 2.3), lounge (3.6 x 5.5), dining room (4 x 2.2), family room (4.3 x 4.5), kitchen (2.5 x 1.5) and small hallway (1.6 x 2.3).
