Hello, we have a two bedroom unit currently tenanted. Boards were polished around 10 years ago and need to be repolished. A little sanding may be required. Carpet is currently in lounge and tiny entrance - we intend to remove and have these boards polished too (first time). Obviously we'd like all to look the same throughout, so boards everywhere except the two bedrooms. A quote with/without carpet removal would be great. Painting will need to be done first. Looking at about 3/4 months time, though we'd like to have someone lined up. Thank you
