Kitchen floor has had lino tiles on masonite. These have been removed and we would now like to have the floor sanded and polished in a semi gloss, non toxic finish. There are a lot of nails in the floorboards from the masonite, many of which break off when trying to remove. Some plastering and tiling work is to be done next week and we would like the floors done week following - week beginning 15th December.
