Floor sanding (including vacuuming dust), punch and fill nails, repair 1 x 1cm hole and 1 x 2cm hole and apply 3 coats of floor polish with satin finish to cypress pine flooring. Area of one room = 1750mm x 2200mm and other is small area of 1000mm x 800mm. Need to include materials in quotation. Have scrap floorboards available for filling hole, but will not be cut to shape. No need to come to house to quote email quote is fine.
