Hi,
I need a timber floor sanded and finished. This floor has had repairs done, so a re-sand and finish is required. This floor is uneven in parts, and gappy at the back due to the timber used.
Floor is Brushbox timber. (mostly)
Most nails have been punched, so this should not be required in too many areas.
We would want a similar / same finish as the existing floor (see pictures of boards finsished interlocked with unfinished boards and hallway.
Its approximately a 5.6m x 10m room x about a 3m hallway.
