Floors int he open kitchen, living dining areas (1960's house so not big) need sanding and poishing with a low shine finish. They are currently coated with a Cabot's water based acrylic varnish that is starting to wear. The hallway could also be included depending on the time it would take and cost.
Please provide details of the varnish suggested. Happy to provide photos of the rooms or arrange for a visit for the quote.
Job need to happen during the week of 23 September.
