Hi, I have floorboards on a home in Morgan Street Rosebud. Currently there is laminate and carpet but we are going to take those off and would like the floors to be polished for the 3 bedrooms (average size), hallway, l shaped lounge, kitchen, dining and possibly laundry. The work is to be done before Christmas, the house will be ready a week before Christmas (approx. 18th). I don't think any floorboards need to be changed, but if you deal with that pelase let me know that is a bonus. The house has a tenant at present until 27 November. As I don't live on the property and there is a tenant Ill have to arrange a Sat Afternoon or Sunday to go round so you can measure up the flooring to provide a quote.
