Downstairs floor and stair sanding & refinishing
The bulk of the downstairs floor is in very good nick as it was sanded and refinished 3 or so years ago. However, there is some wear and tear near the main thoroughfare to the back yard. This small area would certainly need sanding and refinishing – ideally to match the rest of the floor. We appreciate there may need to sand and finish the whole floor, which can work – we just have a 1 year old so would need to ‘’manage’’ that ;)
The stairs are in really good condition, but have a daggy yellow gloss which is dated. We’d love to have these sanded and refinish to a more modern satin or matte finish.
We can be flexible with times to drop around for a quote and are ready to go.
