We are having an upstairs extension done and as a result are repurposing three rooms downstairs. Each of these rooms has Vic Ash/Tas Oak floorboards which have been under carpet. Carpet has been removed and boards are exposed. Boards need to be sanded and then sealed/varnished. Room sizes are approx 3.3 x 3m, 3.3 x 3m and 3.1 x 2.5m respectively.
